For Prayer

  • Mary Holland has just come home. Prayer is needed as she adjusts to being home.

  • Please continue to remember in your prayers all those in our Church who are bereaved.

  • Stationing-The Connexional stationing committee were unsuccessful in finding a match for our circuit with a presbyter for the St Just/Newlyn section of our circuit. There will be a 3rd matching group in January.

  • CTIPA- The food bank would appreciate your prayers. It is getting very busy. Please pray that there are enough helpers who keep well also that there are enough food and Christmas goods to distribute.

  • Pray that those who are coming into our Chapel for concerts and other events over this Christmas period will sense God's presence in a special way.

  • Events: Tuesday 7th December at High Street Methodist Church at 11 am. Come and have a coffee and listen to Joanne Putt sing carols. This is followed by Dave Miller for a sing-along of Christmas Carols. Bring your own lunch and have lunch with company between 12 and 1 pm. Tea and coffee provided.

Wednesday December 15th at 10 am: We are hoping to meet and decorate the Chapel. Your help would be greatly appreciated. There will also be coffee served.

Thursday December 16th: The Little Fishes will be in the Chapel in the morning. Please pray for that time.

Children It is lovely to see the children in Church on Sundays. In the new year we would like to have an activity sheet or similar may be based on the sermon that they could do. Is there anyone who would like to prepare this?

Thank You- Thank you to all who have offered to help with serving teas and coffees after the service at 10.45. There is a rota in the foyer.

Barbara Hall sends her love to the church family and thanks us for the flowers

There has been some concern expressed about crowding around the coffee/tea counter after the service when we have drinks. Could we possibly spread out into the whole foyer after the service? Thank you.
